OAKLEY — A mudslide is causing serious problems in Summit County.

The slide came down along Weber County Road east of Oakley Friday night, and has damaged at least three homes. Homeowner Richard Bliss said he has mud in his driveway and the slide has taken down several trees.

"We're just trying to clear things out the best we can, empty out the building and see what happens," Bliss said. "Looks like it's just gonna keep sliding for a while."

Bliss said he has lived in the area for the past 16 years and this is the first time he's had problems with the hillside.

We have a crew on the way and will post more information and photos as they become available.
