(KSL News) Utah's rural fire departments will receive a much-needed grant.
More than $230,000 is coming from the Department of Homeland Security U.S. Fire Administration.
The money will mainly go to help pay for new equipment and personal protective gear.
The Sunnyside City Fire Department, near Carbon, will also receive $74,926 to purchase a new brush truck.
