CAMP WILLIAMS — If you hear big bangs and booms over the next couple of days and you live near Camp Williams, don’t worry, it's just training exercises.
The 640th Regional Training Institute of the Utah National Guard is conducting artillery training exercises at Camp Williams Friday, April 15, through Sunday, April 17.
Residents of Bluffdale, Riverton, Herriman, Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs and Lehi will be most affected by the training.
The live-fire exercises will be:
• Friday, April 15, between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
• Saturday, April 16, between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
• Sunday, April 17, between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
The artillery exercises are not open to the public.
