(KSL News) New details this morning surrounding the New Mexico man accused of kidnapping and killing a BYU student.

Oregon prosecutors say the man already indicted in Brooke Wilberger's disappearance could face additional murder charges.
Joel Courtney was indicted on aggravated murder, kidnapping, rape and sodomy charges in the Wilberger case last August. Prosecutors have indicated Courtney had a violent past, but they have now labeled him a suspected serial killer.
Courtney is being held in an Albuquerque jail on an unrelated rape and kidnapping charge.
Wilberger, 19, vanished while cleaning apartments in Corvallis, Oregon in May 2004.
