(KSL News) Today Real Salt Lake will review a wish list detailing everything Sandy City wants in exchange for a soccer stadium.

In order for Real to receive $35 million in county hotel taxes, the state and city want the team to:

  1. Buy 29 acres of land, sell it to Sandy and then lease it from the city,
  2. Construct 1,000 on-site parking stalls, with more to be added,
  3. Make players and coaches available, free of charge, for community events to promote soccer,
  4. And stay in the state for 25 years or pay the money back. Sandy will vote on the development agreement next Tuesday.
