Salt Lake City ranked second for volunteerism in a survey by the Corporation for National and Community Service.
Minneapolis-St. Paul came in first with more than 40 percent of residents volunteering their time.
Las Vegas had the fewest volunteers, at 14 percent. New York and Miami rounded up the bottom three.
