FBI offers $10,000 reward to catch "Joker"

SALT LAKE CITY — The FBI is going after the Joker.

The Salt Lake City FBI Division is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of 28-year-old Noel Romero Herrera, also known as "Joker."

In September, an arrest warrant was issued for Herrera out of Montana after he was indicted for conspiracy to possess cocaine with the intent to distribute, and cocaine distribution. He has also been spotted in West Valley City and Murray in the past, according to the FBI.

Herrera is 5-foot-7, 190 lbs, with tattoos on his head, neck and arms. The FBI said the public should consider him armed and dangerous.
