Lars Larson is the Peabody and Emmy Award winning host of Westwood One’s The Lars Larson Show, which can be heard from 12 a.m. – 3 a.m. MST Monday through Friday on KSL Newsradio.
Lars Larson has been an award winning investigative news reporter for over 25 years, garnering more than a dozen awards including numerous Emmy Awards and a Peabody Award. Lars has hosted his own highly successful news talk radio show, The Lars Larson Show, for the past six years on KXL-AM Portland, which recently ranked #1 in Portland among Men 25-54 and Men 35-64 according to the Spring 2003 Arbitron ratings.
Larson has acted as a regular fill-in host on the nationally syndicated The Michael Savage Show. Throughout his career, Larson has worked for radio stations in Eugene, Spokane and Portland. His television experience includes reporting for KVAL Eugene, KPTV and KOIN Portland.
Lars and his wife Tina live in Oregon.
