(KSL News) Animal rights activists will not have access to the names of animal researchers at the University of Utah.
A group called Utah Primate Freedom requested the information along with the researchers' titles and salaries. The University agreed to release the titles and salaries, but would not release the names because of safety concerns.
The Utah State Records Committee sided with the University. Utah Primate Freedom plans to appeal the decision in district court.
