HYRUM, Utah (AP) -- The Cache County Sheriff's office says a Hyrum man died after being run over by his hay trailer while feeding cattle at his property.
Lt. Chad Jensen says 65-year-old William Arnold had his tractor in idle but was run over by his hay trailer when he fell. Jensen says Arnold's wife found him behind their home. He died at the scene.
The Herald Journal reported Monday that Arnold's family described him in an obituary as loving the "ranching and the cowboy life." They say he was a top bull rider in his youth and he was known as "Bill."
