(KSL News) -- UDOT closed part of Provo Canyon today while crews did a little avalanche control.
Crews pulled out site-in cannons to get target data they'll use throughout the winter season. The cannon was shot from behind abuilding.

US Highway 189 was closed between Frazier Park and Nunns Park for two hours this morning while crews shot the cannons.
