(KSL News) Owners of a burger joint in American Fork accused of ripping off In-N-Out Burger will be in court Monday.

Chadders Restaurant is being sued by In-N-Out Burger for trademark infringment. The suit alleges that Chadders has copied their menu, building style, color schemes, food and more.

In-N-Out became suspicious of Chadders after receiving e-mails from customers asking if the two restaurant were affiliated. The suit even mentions the story KSL aired on the similarities.

Both parties will be in federal court Monday. We'll be there too, and let you know what happens.
