LEHI -- If you are preparing to make and keep annual New Years resolutions, 88-year-old Lucille Christopherson of Lehi has some advice -- just keep humming along.

She's taken her own advice this year in sewing nearly 100 colorful quilts for family members. It started with a self-set goal. She wanted to finish 100 quilts in 2010. So far she's completed 95 for her family members.
"It's wonderful. It's quite an undertaking, and I have calluses," she said.
Lucille says the quilts took up so much space in her living room that it wasn't easy making room for her Christmas decorations.
By the way, she sews on a 60-year-old Pfaff machine. She calls it her "secret weapon."
Our High 5 partner, Les Schwab, awarded Lucille a gift basket to celebrate her accomplishment.
If you know someone out in the community who is making a difference, even with little acts of service, you can nominate them for a High 5 here.
