SALT LAKE CITY -- Employees have weighed in, and Overstock.com is the ninth best company to work for in the country. That's according to a survey on glassdoor.com.

"We've continued to grow and so we haven't had layoffs like other companies may have," said Overstock president Jonathan Johnson. "And I think that probably contributes to good morale."
Johnson says hiring the right people eliminates office politics that hurt productivity and ultimately the bottom line.
