HOLLADAY -- A family in Holladay received a giant gift of cheer Sunday afternoon.

Last year the Cox family lost their father Neil to swine flu. He was huge Ute fan, so to honor him the community created this tree filled with University of Utah paraphernalia and donated it to the Festival of Trees.

The family who bought the tree for the Cox family wishes to remain anonymous, but we do know they are Cougar fans.

"We are so grateful for the BYU donor who bought the tree, even though it's a University of Utah tree just to make our Christmas a little bit more special," said Lisa Healey, Neil Cox's daughter.

It's always nice to see the positive side of that rivalry.
