(KSL News) A former BYU baseball player convicted of unlawful sexual activity with a minor will pay 10-thousand dollars in restitution.
Samuel Fernley pleaded guilty in March 2004.
Prosecutors say in 2003, Fernley gave alcohol to a 15-year-old girl during a party at her house, and then slept with her.
