(KSL News) -- Deputies have arrested a man they stay stole tens of thousands of dollars of electronics, mostly by breaking into cars.
Enriqu Ruiz was caught this afternoon in posession of meth and he'll also be charged with posession of stolen property.
Salt Lake County Sheriff detectives got the tip from neighbors that Ruiz was stashing stolen goods in his house.
