LAYTON -- Layton police released the name of a man whose body was found behind the Davis County Central Library Thursday night, but they still haven't explained how he died.

The body of 42-year-old John Foxworthy was discovered in Kays Creek by a man walking along the Bamberger Trail.

Investigators do not think foul play was involved but say there was no clear cause of death.
