(KSL News) -- A city council race in Spanish Fork is headed for a recount.
When all the ballots were tallied on election night Royden Hill was two votes ahead of G. Wayne Andersen. But when all the absentee and provisional ballots were tallied, Andersen was ahead by eight votes.
The city council will conduct the recount at its meeting on Monday, at Hill's request.
