(KSL News) -- I-15 Northbound has re-opened after a semi-truck crashed and shut down the road.
The semi was headed northbound on I-15 near Bountiful. Witnesses say the motorist drove erratically.

Sgt. Robert Breck, UHP: "He was all over the road, prior to him going off the road here. He hit one of the barriers farther back, prior to 400 North. As he continued northbound, he was all over the road. And went off the road right where we're standing."

The semi-truck slammed into a concrete barrier. His trailer and cab split on impact, and ended up on opposite sides of the freeway. The driver was flown to the hospital in critical condition.
UHP shutdown the freeway between 400 North and 500 South in Bountiful for about 4 hours. Troopers say drowsy driving probably caused the crash.
Another crash near the Spaghetti Bowl put a crimp in the morning commute. Three cars collided on eastbound 201 leading to eastbound I-80, blocking the left lane of traffic.
One vehicle rolled and one passenger was taken to the hospital.
