EAGLE MOUNTAIN -- Utah's "Biggest Loser" contestant has come out a winner, despite the fact that she was sent home early.

Eagle Mountain resident Burgandy Keel was eliminated during Tuesday night's episode of the NBC reality show. She had a stress fracture because she overused her leg during competition, and she could not complete a challenge.

Now back home, Keel says she bonded with other contestants on the show and has this advice:

"'The Biggest Loser' is a wonderful opportunity, but it is not the only opportunity. You can go out and start this journey on your own," she says.

Keel says she is 26 pounds from her goal weight and is going through a minimum of four hours of cardio training every day.
