Update
UTAH COUNTY -- Monday night's freeway closure between 400 South in Springville and Spanish Fork Main Street has been canceled. UDOT says it was canceled due to the high probability of rain. It says dry conditions must be present for crews to pour concrete into the pre-cast bridge decks.
The closure has been tentatively rescheduled for Thursday, weather permitting.
