LOGAN, Utah (AP) -- Louisiana Tech beat Utah State 27-to-17 today.
Matt Kubik ran for one touchdown and threw for another to help the Bulldogs to victory.
Patrick Jackson rushed for 71 yards and made a touchdown for the Bulldogs (5-3, 4-1 Western Athletic Conference), who were 0-3 on the road before beating the Aggies (2-6, 1-4).
Louisiana Tech turned four Utah State turnovers into 17 points and took control after a botched fake punt attempt by the Aggies late in the third quarter.
Ryan Bohm, who had 117 all-purpose yards, accounted for both of the Aggies' touchdowns, scoring on runs of 1 and 4.
Leon Jackson III was 27-of-44 for 372 yards in the loss for Utah State, which lost its fourth straight game of the season.
Jackson's favorite target was Robinson, who grabbed nine catches for 131 yards.
