WEST JORDAN -- The woman prosecutors say masterminded a robbery at a West Jordan Taco Time restaurant will serve a sentence of five years to life in prison.
Sherry Moreno was received the sentence Tuesday and was also ordered to pay $118,000 in restitution to an employee that was shot during the robbery last March.
Prosecutors say Moreno planned the robbery but was not involved in the shooting.
Emilio Guzman is charged with that crime, along with two other felony counts. He will stand trial on those charges in October.
