BRIGHAM CITY -- Two children were injured in separate accidents during Brigham City's Peach Days Parade Saturday.
Brigham City police say a 4-year-old boy ran in front of a trailer pulled by a pickup truck that was distributing water bottles to the crowd around 11:45 a.m. The driver did not see him and ran over the boy.
The boy was treated for minor leg injuries and was released from the hospital a short time later.
About 10 minutes later, police say an 11-year-old boy riding on a small trailer lost his balance and fell off. The trailer ran over his foot. He was also treated and released fairly quickly.
