(KSL News) It's been a month since a Suburban rolled in southeastern Utah, killing eight illegal immigrants, but officials are still working to identify them.
Ten people riding inside the car on April 16 were Guatemalan, four were Mexican. And of the eight dead, only four have been identified.
Authorities say the eight passengers had no identification, and without records or family coming forward, identification has been complicated and complex.
The driver, along with two other people, have been indicted for the deaths.
The trial date for the three defendants has been set for July 9.
