(KSL News) -- It looks like the woman accused of running over a gas station attendant will go to trial.

Plea negotiations stalled yesterday, and a trial has been set for December.

Chrystal Hernandez put 30 dollars worth of gas in her car at a gas station in Ogden. She then allegedly tried to drive off without paying.

A gas station attendant ran out, to stop her. He says Hernandez swerved, ran over his legs, and kept going.

He spent two weeks in the hospital, and is now recovering.
