(KSL News) A Salt Lake man took a bullet to the knee overnight following a fight with his girlfriend.
The couple fought outside an apartment complex at 700 North 900 West. As the man was leaving, another man walked up and confronted the boyfriend about the argument.
A witness says the two fought, the suspect pulled out a handgun, shot the boyfriend in the knee and ran off. Police are still looking for the suspect.
The boyfriend was taken to the hospital but should be fine.
