DAVIS COUNTY -- A former captain of the South Davis Metro Fire Department will spend 90 days in jail on lewdness charges.
Ryan Frandsen, 33, was initially charged last year with nine counts of sexual exploitation of a minor in connection with child pornography he allegedly downloaded from the Internet.
In March, Frandsen pleaded guilty to five misdemeanor counts of lewdness involving a child.
The Salt Lake Tribune reports he'll be able to leave the Davis County Jail for work and to complete court-ordered sex offender therapy.
Frandsen resigned after he was charged last year.
