(KSL News) -- A construction worker died on the job today when he was pinned by a forklift.
The 38-year old employee of Lund Equipment was helping unload a truck when the forklift pinned the man against the lift on the truck.
The pressure of the machine crushed him to death.
Investigators say say it appears the proper safety precautions were in use and the situation seems to be a simple accident.
