(KSL News) A West Valley man who beat and robbed an elderly woman and stabbed and robbed another woman at a church food pantry has been sentenced to prison.

Siaosi Vesi Siliaga will spend one to 15 years behind bars for forcing his way inside an 85-year-old woman's home last December, then robbing and severly beating her.

Siliaga was also sentenced to five years to life in prison for aggravated robbery in connection with an incident in Januray. Siliaga admitted to repeatedly stabbing and robbing a 61-year-old woman while she was working at a food pantry at Granger Christian Community Church.
