RIVERTON -- A two-alarm fire at in Riverton Thursday evening caused extensive damage to a floral business near 13100 South and Redwood Road.
The fire is now out, but crews remain on scene to keep an eye on any hot spots.
Fire crews were able to put out the flames before they caused significant damage to the business, but two vehicles in the garage were destroyed.
Officials say the fire became difficult to fight once it reached the attic. That's because the building has multiple roof lines from being added onto a number of times.
Damage to the building is estimated at $120,000.
Redwood Road was closed in the area for a time while crews worked to put out the flames.
