(KSL News) Charges have been filed against a former employee of the Living Planet Aquarium.

Michelle Baer worked as a financial clerk at the aquarium in Sandy.

The Salt Lake Tribune reports Baer deposited money that should have been deducted from her paycheck, and that she failed to deposit nearly $4000 into the company account.

They also report that Baer abused a company account at Home Depot.

Baer has been charged with three counts of theft and forgery.
