The vending machine is one popular place for stamps, and soon the forever stamp will be there too. But right now the best place to find it is over the counter at the post office
Ron Hubrich with the U.S. Postal Service in Salt Lake City says stamps are big sellers here because many Utahns have LDS missionaries or soldiers serving around the country. Utah post offices have ordered 40 million forever stamps. The stamps have Liberty Bell on them, and will count as one 1st Class Letter stamp, even when rates go up.
