(KSL News) -- A shooting suspect faces criminal homicide charges today in court.
The preliminary hearing begins for 20-year old Gene Garza.
Police say he shot Guillermo Padilla as their cars passed each other earlier this year in West Valley City.
Padilla was killed, his car slammed into three other cars, injuring another motorist.
