(KSL News) Opening statements begin today in the trial of two parents accused of killing their young daughter.
Prosecutors say Richard and Jennette Killpack forced their child to drink water as punishment, so much water that it killed her in June of 2002.
The Killpacks say they were just following through with orders from the child's therapists to be sure the girl ate and drank all her food.
