(KSL News) -- 30... 50... 100. Three numbers relevant to one man putting himself up to quite the amazing challenge.
In less than 100 days, Ted "Cave Dog" Keizer will hike 30 miles in each of our 50 states.
He was inspired after fellow adventurer Bob Marshall attempted to complete this journey more than 60 years ago, but passed away at the age of 38 before finishing.
Ted will start tomorrow in Portland, and will be in Utah later this month. He will be hiking the Zion Narrows in Zion National Park.
He will finish in New York City in November
