Photo: DPSBOX ELDER COUNTY -- An Idaho man was killed in a crash on Highway 30 near Riverside Saturday.

According to the Utah Department of Public Safety, the 77-year-old driver of a Chevy pickup was headed north on 6000 West and ran a stop sign at the intersection of Highway 30.

The driver of a Mercury Sable was heading east on Highway 30 at the same time and slammed into the pickup. The driver of the pickup, Judd Larry Ravsten of Malad, was wearing a seatbelt but was partially ejected from the vehicle.

Ravsten died at the scene from traumatic injuries.

The driver and passenger of the Mercury Sable, both juveniles, were taken to Bear River Valley Hospital where they were treated for minor injuries.
