SALT LAKE CITY -- Students at Guadalupe Elementary School learned the A-B-C's of saving Tuesday.
Volunteers from Zions Bank took time to teach children about saving money as part of national Teach Children to Save day.
"People's eyes have been opened to the real need to be fiscally fit," said Executive Vice President of Zions Bank Rob Brough. "We recognize the need for this to happen at a very early age, so that's why we're out at elementary schools today teaching children these important concepts of saving and understanding the difference between needs and wants."
Over 200 Zions employees were out Tuesday teaching more than 10,000 students these important principles.
