An attorney for the National A-C-L-U says he may file another lawsuit if Mayor Rocky Anderson follows through with a plan to hand over a public easement to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
New York attorney Mark Lopez says the A-C-L-U still has consitutional questions about the latest deal proposed by the Mayor.
Utah A-C-L-U officials say they're still reviewing the mayor's proposal, and are not advocating a new lawsuit at this point.
