SALT LAKE CITY -- Federal prosecutors charged an Oakland man Wednesday with sexually assaulting a teenage girl on a flight from Atlanta to Salt Lake City.
Court documents state that while on the flight Tuesday, 39-year-old Aboubacar Soumah changed seats to sit next to the teen.
The teen says he asked her "weird" questions like whether she was flying alone and how old she was. She says he repeatedly touched her inappropriately, despite her telling him to stop.
Soumah admits to rubbing her back, but he told the court she asked him to. He is being held on one count of abusive sexual contact.
