EAGLE MOUNTAIN -- Charges will not be filed against a man who ran over another man at a party in Eagle Mountain, the Salt Lake Tribune reports.
The Utah County Attorney's Office says Eric W. Porter was in his truck with Brett Ostler last November when the two men began fighting.
Ostler then got out of the truck but opened the door again to punch Porter.
That's when Porter's foot slipped off the brake and hit the accelerator, causing the truck to run over Ostler.
They ruled the death accidental.
