(KSL News) Flames burned Wasatch Junior High School to the ground almost two years ago. Students displaced by the fire have been attending Churchill Junior High.

Now, board members have accepted a $15.9 million settlement from G.A.B. Robbins North America Inc. for the loss of the school.

District officials have said they want Wasatch rebuilt and reopened by fall of 2008.
