LOGAN, Utah (AP) -- The Cache Humane Society is looking to develop an off-leash dog park next to its animal shelter in west Logan.
CHS Director Michael Bishop says hitching posts, a pond, a puppy-only area and an agility course are all possible features of a park.
To create the park, the humane society will have to work out a deal with the city, which owns the land.
Mayor Randy Watts says the land is worth about $45,000.
