BEAVER -- A major accident temporarily shut down northbound traffic on Interstate 15 near Beaver Saturday.
The Utah Highway Patrol says several semi trucks jackknifed while traveling in heavy snow. Ten other vehicles piled up behind them.
The freeway was closed for less than an hour, and then periodically for wreckers to move cars.
No one was injured. No other major accidents were reported but troopers urge motorist to be cautious while driving in snowy conditions.
