(KSL News) Some guests at a house party in the Salt Lake Avenues were taken hostage last night.
Salt Lake City police say suspects fired a shotgun blast at the front window of the house. Then they used a knife to force party-goers into a room and locked them inside.
One of the hostages managed to escape and called police.
SWAT officers arrested two people. Nicholas Crayton and Christopher Clark are in jail, facing charges of aggravated kidnapping.
