RUSH VALLEY, Tooele County — A Cedar Fort man died after failing to negotiate a curve in the roadway while traveling on state Route 73 in Tooele County early Tuesday morning, officials said.
Joshua D. Anderson, 36, was driving westbound at "a high rate of speed" about 5 a.m. when he missed the curve, crossed over into the eastbound lane and went off the shoulder of the road, according to the Utah Highway Patrol.
Anderson's car struck a culvert and rolled multiple times. He was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected and fatally injured.
