SALT LAKE CITY — Monday’s sunset made the sky look like it was on fire, and gorgeous photos of it dominate this week’s gallery.
Residents from across Utah submitted their pictures of the brilliant orange and yellow sunset. Something about a sunset reminds people to slow down and enjoy the small things in life.
Another resident snapped a photo of some recent graffiti found along the Living Room trail, a classic hike that overlooks the Salt Lake Valley. The vandalism comes on the heels of another recent graffiti incident in Zebra Slot Canyon in Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. Both cases serve as a reminder that graffiti is considered vandalism and is illegal on public lands.
