MAGNA — One person was killed in a three-car accident Monday.
Just before 7:30 a.m., two cars "spun out" on state Route 201 near 9500 West, possibly because of speed and slick roads, said Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Todd Royce. A box truck that was unable to stop hit both vehicles, killing one of the drivers, he said.
The names and ages of the victims were not immediately released. Additional information will be added as it becomes available.
