PROVO — A man died early Friday morning after his truck collided with a cement barrier on I-15.
Provo resident Jared Williams, 38, was driving a U-Haul truck southbound on the highway around 4:15 a.m. when he crashed near the Center Street exit, according to Utah Highway Patrol trooper Evan Kirby.
Williams was extricated from the vehicle and pronounced dead on scene. He was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, Kirby said.
The crash is still under investigation.
